NEBOSH Fire Safety
NEBOSH (National Examination Board of Occupational Safety and Health) is an independent awarding and examining body with charity status, registered in the UK. Their aims are to meet workplace health, safety, NEBOSH fire safety, environmental and risk management needs, in private industry and the public sector.
NEBOSH fire safety training is for those with fire safety responsibilities in the workplace or are moving into a role as a Fire Safety Adviser, and are required to carry out fire safety risk assessments and manage fire safety management plans. NEBOSH fire safety training is globally acknowledged as a recognised qualification in fire safety. Successful delegates will be awarded a NEBOSH Fire Certificate.
In October 2006 The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 came into effect and applies to all non-domestic premises in the UK. NEBOSH fire safety training is suitable for the nominated responsible fire safety person, at all premises defined by the Fire Safety Order.
NEBOSH fire safety courses will cover the Fire Safety order and by the end of the NEBOSH fire safety training enable the responsible individual to carry out a fire safety risk assessment and implement and maintain a fire safety management plan. NEBOSH fire safety training is delivered using the course name:- NEBOSH Fire Certificate.
