I'm Alison and I work for Shirebrook Invesments Ltd, I am actually the Accounts Manager but I oversee health and safety in our retail outlets.

I needed a recognised qualification and I took NEBOSH General, after searching for Health & Safety courses we found RISK websites, there is loads of information, loads of course details, good feedback from previous delegates. I was most apprehensive about the amount of coursework there would be, how you fit it all in the schedule, the lecturers, everything was perfect.

The fast track approach was great, you managed to retain all the information, the exam dates close as well, so you don't get home and forget it all before the exam. Just the fact that there is a helpline after your course has finished is brilliant, you can just pick up the phone, any questions you are not sure about, you have an answer straight away.

I would definitely recommend RISK, excellent course, excellent facilities, the staff brilliant, I just couldn't fault anything about it.
