NEBOSH Fire Certificate builds on NEBOSH General Certificate qualification

The NEBOSH General Certificate NG1 module is now fully online, so is taught remotely in a virtual tutor led video conference classroom. The exam is open book, with a 24 hour window to complete it within the NEBOSH examination portal.

What does the NEBOSH Fire Certificate cover?

The course covers the legal requirements under the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 (RRO),  the range of fire protective and preventative measures required and how to undertake fire risk assessments in most, low risk workplaces. No previous health and safety knowledge is required.

NEBOSH FC1 and FC2 Fire Certificate Modules

The FC1 module is a four day NEBOSH online course delivered via tutor lead zoom video conference with a maximum of 10 delegates per class. Having taken the four day block via online remote learning, the written exam takes place in a classroom environment at a date and time specified by NEBOSH. The FC2 module is assessed with a practical fire risk assessment carried out in the workplace. This is submitted RISK upon completion of the formal exam. This demonstrates practical application of learning gained in NG1 Module 1, FC1 Module and FC2.
