3 Technology Test

In the days prior to the start of your course, we’ll be available to check you’re all set up and ready for your course by:

Checking your technology is fit for purpose.

Checking your internet connection can cope with video conferencing.

Trouble shoot and advise should you encounter a technical issue with the two checks above.

Out of hours zoom technology test ensures you get the very best learning experience for the course booked. It only takes a few minutes and it's worth investing the time because if you can't access the course due to a technical issue once it's started, then unfortunately your place cannot be transferred to a later course.


4 Virtual Course

Access our virtual classroom courses on your ipad, laptop of PC, in any location in the World.

Courses are delivered in real-time, as set out in the schedule, by an expert trainer using zoom.

The structured notes and learning framework will be explained to optimise your learning and retention.

Your trainer will engage you, and your fellow delegates, with course content in group discussions.


5 Assessment

Authentic assessment in the online classroom is critical. Both CITB and NEBOSH have an online exam to test the learning and assess the knowledge gained from the course sat, the details of which will be specific to the course attended.


NEBOSH

24 hour open book exam at a predefined time which is published within the specific course information

A closing interview conducted by your trainer to authenticate and test you answers are your work.

A practical assessment and written report to demonstrate you know how to apply everything learnt.

N.B. All marking is conducted by NEBOSH


CITB Site Safety Plus (SSP) course assessments

End of course Microsoft Forms exam paper with 25 questions, which you have 35 minutes to complete.

18 of the questions are multiple-choice questions worth 1 mark each.

7 of the questions are short written answer questions worth 2 marks each.

N.B. All marking is conducted by your trainer and audited later by CITB
