Hi, my name is Amanda and I am the Accounts/Credit & Systems Control Administrator for Risk & Safety Management Services Ltd.

I joined the company in 2006, as a Sales Administrator and I now work within the finance department. During this time I have gained a wealth of knowledge on all aspects of Risk’s training programme and I can help and advise on any queries that our customers and potential customers may encounter.

One of my roles within the company is to review candidate feed back from our Nebosh courses and in particular the fast track modular approach to teaching and learning. The majority of our candidates confirm that this approach enables them to emerse themselves in the subject and to sit the exam whilst their knowledge is fresh and undiluted. My role enables me to keep in touch and support candidates after their training has finished and we have a customer support line which candidates can use any time of day, either whilst training or after their training has finished.
