Growing Portfolio of CITB online courses

Growing Portfolio of CITB online courses

Making qualifications available online means employers can send their employees on CITB courses without the inconvenience and added cost of travel, accommodation and subsistance.

CITB online courses are more accessible

The ease of access to training courses, qualifications, and construction tickets must drive the industry forward. With more efficient online systemisation of exams, reporting and speed (not to mention the reduced use of paper, and paper reference materials) the pandemic has driven the realisation and need for digitisation within the construction industry. One of the biggest benefits of virtual classroom courses is employers can host one course for all their staff to attend. Making it more cost-effective as you can pay a group rate, and more convenient as you can specify a time.

CITB Site Safety Plus (SSP) courses

CITB Site Safety Plus (SSP) courses are designed to give everyone, from operative to senior manager, the skills they need to progress through the industry. Courses range from the one-day Health and Safety Awareness course to the five-day Site Management Safety Training Scheme. There are also refresher courses to make sure that workers are keeping up with the latest practices and techniques to be safe on the job. The courses ensure everyone benefits from the best possible training.
