Staying Safe on Site Is Imperative in 2015

As the construction industry makes a positive start to 2015, health and safety is as important as ever.

Although health and safety awareness is the responsibility of every employee and employer in the UK, the need for heightened awareness is particularly evident in the construction industry.

The construction industry is statistically one of the most dangerous in the UK.  Accounting for approximately 5% of all employees, there is a disproportionate number of fatal accidents in construction – 31% of all workplace fatalities according to HSE figures.  There were 42 fatalities among construction workers in Britain in 2013/14.

Ensure no-one on your site becomes another statistic by attending a CIBT-approved SSSTS course with RISK training.

Whether obtaining your initial SSSTS qualification, or a refresher course, RISK can provide SSSTS training in London, Birmingham, Glasgow or any of its conveniently located training centres.
