My name is Geoffrey Hool and I work for QTS Group, the company do mainly railway work and lineside infrastructure and I am the Health & Safety Advisor with the Southern Area. I have done the full NEBOSH Construction Course with RISK and I have come back just to re-do the NGC1 part with RISK under the Guaranteed Pass. I chose RISK because I have actually been here before, for the Refresher and I had heard good reports about RISK. The Guaranteed Pass was of benefit to me mainly because like I say I had been here before so I knew what I was coming into regarding the company itself.
The Environment and facilities are great, really good, I find the environment you have got is conducive to the learning and the people you have got working and the trainers were good as well. I think the support help line is really good, the contact details of the instructors that we’ve got, we have that so that we have 24/7 help if you like. I would definitely say RISK are a good training provider and I like the attitude of the people and the trainers you have got.
