NEBOSH Certificate Qualifications help land dream job

NEBOSH Certificate Qualifications help land dream job

Deb Kilvington passed her NEBOSH Certificate courses with RISK and as a result, landed the role of Global Head of Health & Safety Imagination.

A career in Health & Safety developed from a lifelong learning habit

After starting her working life as a Police Constable, Debs moved into operations management within the Rail Sector. As her management skills grew with her changing roles, a leaning towards HR and then Health & Safety developed. As a lifelong learner, Debs Health & Safety qualifications have forwarded her career progression. However, it was only after successfully completing the NEBOSH General Certificate that she broke through to top-flight management in Health & Safety. Supported by the addition of the NEBOSH Fire Safety Certificate, her career blossomed further. Eventually leading to her dream job this year.

I have a new role, as Global Head of Health & Safety for a fabulous company called Imagination. Based in London but with Global remit and responsibility, I absolutely know that I would not be in this position if it had not been for the team at RISK, and in particular, Dave. Thank you all, because I know I owe you so much for your support in passing the NEBOSH Certificate courses, and the doors that these qualifications opened up to me.

Deb Kilvington Global Head of Health & Safety, Imagination

NEBOSH qualifications led to Global remit for Health & Safety

Imagination is an Independent Global Brand Experience Design Company, working with some of the world's most recognised brands across every corner of the globe. Upon being appointed their Global Head of Health & Safety, Deb reflected on the NEBOSH Certificate courses taken with RISK and identified it was the support of the people at the multi-award-winning training business - especially course tutor Dave Pettit, which was the changing point in her career. However, we must point out that Deb was also an excellent learner, she listened and worked hard at her studying, hence her achieving a Distinction on her overall result.
